White Oaks
No page used for this guide defines White Oaks or Whitehills as a neighbourhood, or describes its housing. Do not treat the name as either.
These notes sit with London Sellers Realtor. The name is not a price.
A plan listed as active, and not described here
The plans and strategies page lists a White Oaks Dingman Secondary Plan as active. It is not in the adopted secondary-plan list in The London Plan chapter, policy 1565, in the 16 January 2026 consolidation. This page does not describe its contents, and it does not treat the plan as in force.
Ask planning@london.ca, or check that page, before you let the title of the plan stand in for the lot.
A closed library branch is not a boundary
London Public Library's history says a White Oaks branch opened in 1980 and closed permanently on 30 December 1989. Jalna Branch, at 1119 Jalna Boulevard, replaced it on 26 April 1990. That is library history. It is not a neighbourhood boundary, and it is not the extent of the name.
The library's account is on its history page.
Do not price the house from the mall
Do not let a mall photo, or a library branch that closed in 1989, stand in for a pricing area. Pricing still uses the four inputs on pricing a listing. The comparable sales have to be houses, not the mall.
